Remember the bank uses a service called Fraud Watch Plus that monitors your debit card for suspicious activity. They may call or text you directly to review pending activity. This service will never ask you for your full card number, expiration date on your card, PIN or CVC number, or social security number. They may ask you about recent transaction activity that they see on your account and ask for a decision on whether to allow or decline. When in doubt, feel free to call us at 402-423-2111.
