Keeping our customers, employees, and community safe is our first priority.
Effective June 8th, 2020 our lobbies at both the main and downtown branches are open with some modifications due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our branches have implemented a controlled access policy that will remain in place until further notice. This means individuals will be buzzed into the lobby from the main doors after their identity has been verified. Instructions on how to utilize our call system will be visible on the exterior doors at both locations. Bank lobby and drive thru hours remain unchanged.

For the safety of our community and staff, all “high touch” items have been removed from our lobbies and waiting areas. We are encouraging our customers and staff to continue social distancing whenever possible. Should you feel ill, or be experiencing respiratory symptoms, please remain home and contact our teller line. The phone numbers are (402) 423-2111 for Main or (402) 420-8370 for Downtown.
Face coverings are permissible in the bank though not required for transactions at our teller line. If you are wearing a face covering, you may be asked to temporarily remove it outside the bank so that our employees may verify your identity before being buzzed in. You will then be able to put your face covering back on to enter the bank. Customers are asked to continue making appointments for lenders, bankers, and notaries when possible. Extended appointments may call for both the customer and the NBC employee to wear masks. This can be discussed with your banker when making an appointment.
