Keeping our customers, employees, and community safe is our first priority.

At NBC, the health and well-being of our community is important to us.  We understand the uncertainty and concern you may have about the news regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

After considering directives from Governor Ricketts and the CDC, we have decided to limit all in-person contact within our branches.  Our branches remain open by appointment only.  This will allow us to plan for customers in branch to observe social distancing and other measures designed to keep customers and staff safe.  This means that we ask all customers to use our drive-thru to minimize physical interaction.  Customers may come into the bank by appointment only.  Please call ahead to 402-423-2111 (Main) or 402-420-8370 (Downtown).

Our drive-thru hours remain unchanged:

Main (6000 Village Drive)

Monday through Friday – 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm

Downtown (250 N 14th Street)

Monday through Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm

New retail and loan account information can be sent securely via email, mailed, or passed through the drive-thru.  If you feel you need to meet with your banker, please call to see how we can best serve you.  We are prepared to use video conferencing, phone calls, and secure chat to meet you where you are.

We have a full range of free online banking, mobile banking, and mobile deposit options that allow you the greatest flexibility for managing your money – wherever you are.  You can check balances, review transactions, pay bills, make deposits, set up alerts, and review statements.

We continue to monitor this situation while taking precautions in the best interest of our customers, staff, and community.  If you have any questions, please call us at 402-423-2111.

Through everything, we are here with you.
