Jo Lewis brings over thirty plus years of home lending experience with an emphasis on first time home buyer products including: NIFA, FHA, VA, USDA RD, and conventional loans. Jo previously held the position of regional emerging markets manager for a national bank. In that position, she trained and promoted FHA/first time homebuyer products to loan originators in six states as well as trained lenders in other low to moderate income mortgage products.

Lewis is a past president for the Nebraska Mortgage Association, has served on the board for the Homebuilders Association of Lincoln, and is a current member of the Realtor Association of Lincoln. Lewis has been a former recipient of the Lincoln Board of Realtors, Outstanding Affiliate Award, Dan Peterson Affordable Housing Award, and the Home Builders Association Associate of the Year Award as well as the Nebraska Mortgage Association Lender of the Year Award.
